I’ve done 2 walks up to the speed limit sign, one with Louisa and one without. She pulls as much as Appa but she’s a lot bigger so it’s a bit tiresome. First walk, there was still a lot of ice on the pond; 2 days later, no ice at all.
Today I did a long walk around White River, waiting for the car to be done and somehow I wound up with a free coffee at the gas station. But I wound up having to drive up to King Arthur for a pastry as there’s no bakery in WRJ anymore. Kinda sad, really. Lots of junk shops and artsy places downtown near the new theater. It was a bit too much walking because I’m tired again (dealing with the April 2026 cold).
