It was an interesting fall, as it stayed quite warm all the way till the middle of November. I had the highest monthly average step count this year in October, and crushed last November by over 10%, as we were working outside the whole month getting the house, gardens and garages ready for winter. Not a lot of road walking, it was mostly around the property.
Dee was also working hard outside so it was fun. The dogs were good too. We got about 4″ of snow right after my birthday which took a while to melt off. It froze hard though so Louisa could still chase a ball and Appa could walk on it.
I don’t think December will be anywhere near November as it’s getting colder and it’s hard to take phone calls, etc. outside…and hard to stay outside if you don’t have specific tasks like shoveling, snow shoes or cleanup.
