I got out today all the way around the bend to the pond view. The road was quite wide open and they had just shaved the snow banks back from the road so I judged it to be safe enough. It was nice to get up the hill and see some different sights. I had to walk down the middle of the road (which was clear to the dirt!) down the hill, and an EC Brown truck came at me on the way home but I had a low snowbank to stand in.

It looks awful gray out there, but it’s actually brighter now that February is half over. Reached 30 degrees today, first time in a couple of weeks. Dee set up a gorgeous Valentine’s Day tea & cake which happened right as I got home. This photo is the dinner setup…I get to reheat the lasagne I made at Christmas.
